2. AFFILIATION FEE:
The applicant Institutions/Hospitals/Nursing Homes/ Clinics of any system of education, treatment / healing interested in seeking affiliation with World Association of Integrated Medicine has to apply on prescribed form along with prescribed fee for particular institution faculty as mentioned below:

Note:
All affiliations are renewable on payment of Rs 10,000.00 every year before 31st December. Institutions seeking affiliation after September is not required to pay the renewal fee in coming December. All above mentioned fee are likely to be revised in future.
3. IMPORTANT NOTIFICATION:

The candidate residing in India can make their payment in Indian Currency i.e. Rupees (INR).

WAIM reserves all rights to changes the courses and fee at any time but the fee will remain the same for the already enrolled candidates. Any change in fee will be communicated time to time.
4. FEE DISCOUNT AND PAYMENT:
Already Members/ Fellows of the World Association of Integrated Medicine (WAIM) get a concession of 25% respectively in their fee for any course and affiliation. All payment of fee shall be made in single instalment. Courses of more than one year one can make the payment in two instalments which shall be 60% and 40% respectively in first and second year respectively. All payments shall be made through Cash / Demand Draft / Online Transfer (NEFT / RTGS) in the name of World Association of Integrated Medicine payment in Punjab National Bank at Branch Name Bhikharipur, Varanasi through IFS Code: PUNB0404500, Swift Code: PUNBINBBVMG in S/B Account No: 4045000100017189. The candidates residing in India will pay in Indian Rs.(Payment in INR). Foreign candidates are requested to make their payment through Correspondent Bank in above account.
5. REFUND OF FEE:
Fee once paid is non-refundable. However, in case of any genuine reason ascertained by the admission committee, 50% of the deposited tuition fee will be refunded; provided, the candidate has informed the Registrar of WAIM within 30 days of submission of the first instalment. |
